Thank you for shopping at Littletrace. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order from the Uchiha collection, we are here to help.
1. 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a product that is cracked, broken, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at littletraceus@outlook.com with photos of the damage.
In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note that “Sale” items or items purchased during clearance events may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
